Granite City Tool Repair Center can repair practically any tool we can get parts for. We are an Authorized Service Repair Center in the Stone Industry for Industrial Tools. We have a warehouse of parts on hand to fix most of the tools that are in our current catalog. We have quick turnaround of our tools to be repaired and are confident that you will be satisfied with the tool(s) you send to our facility.

In general, all tools sent in to be fixed will be automatically fixed if repair costs are equal or less than have the cost of a new tool according to Granite City Tool's current catalog unless specifically noted by a customer. Any tool(s) that exceed this standard service; meaning more than half the repair cost, will be handled with an estimate and confirmation from the customer to fix the tool. If a tool costs less than half to fix, the customer will benefit from a lesser charge for the tool(s).
Any tool that is not fixed or not repairable will be charged a $25 inspection and handling fee. At that time unless noted previously by the customer, the consumer will be contacted and given the choice to have the tool(s) returned or recycled.
